• 6 large pork chops
• salt and pepper
• flour
• 1 small onion
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups milk

Step 1

Salt and pepper chops. Roll in flour and fry until brown. Place in casserole dish. Satue onion and add peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add milk. Pour over chops and bake 45 min at 375.
