Uncle Ray's Hash

Named for Ray Baptista, a dear old friend and Jill's godfather.

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Jimmy Dean's Sausage
• 2 lbs frozen Ore Ida hash brown potatoes (move to refrigerator the night before)
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can sour cream with chives
• 1 1/2 cup grated cheese (whatever kind you like)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Brown and drain sausage. Blend soup and sour cream until smooth, then add sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 75 minutes in a 9x13 pan uncovered.
