- 2 Cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 Tbls Worcesteshire Sauce
- 3 Tbls Butter or Margarine
- 1 Tbls Salt
- Dash of Garlic Salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250. Rinse the seeds clean of pulp. Boil the seeds in water for 10 minutes. Dry on a paper towel. Melt the butter and combine with Worcestershire sauce, and salt in medium bowl. Add seeds and stir until coated. Spread on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Cook for 1–2 hours until seeds are desired crispness.
For Spicy Seeds:
4 Tbls Melted Butter or Margarine
1 teas. Cayenne pepper
1/2 teas Thyme
1/2 teas Salt
1/2 teas Pepper
