  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 6 cups cornflakes -- left whole
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • confectioners sugar
  • melted chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Whip egg whites and sugar together with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Add next 4 ingredients by hand. Mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet, leaving space in between cookies. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cookies turn pale brown. Sprinkle generously with confectioners sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
