Apple Blossom Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 Cups Vegetable Oil
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 3 Cups Flour
• 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1/2 Tsp Cloves
• 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
• 3 Cups Apples Peeled and Grated (about 3 large)
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 1 Cup Chopped Pecans (optional)
• 1 Cup Coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time mixing well

Sift together: flour, soda, salt, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon.

Add sifted ingredients to oil mixture and beat well.

Add apples and vanilla.

Grease tube pan and bake at 350 for about an hour.
