Ingredients

11 ounces cream cheese -- softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 graham cracker pie crust

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add cocoa; beat until blended, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in whipping cream. Pour into crust.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes. (Center will be soft but will set upon cooling). Cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
