Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds small broccoli florets -- steamed and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
- 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, or 1 can water packed artichokes
- 12 cherry tomatoes -- halved
- 1/2 cup red pepper -- diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
