  • 1 1/2 pounds small broccoli florets -- steamed and cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 9 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, or 1 can water packed artichokes
  • 12 cherry tomatoes -- halved
  • 1/2 cup red pepper -- diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
