  • 1 large red onion -- sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Place salmon in pa. Scatter onions on top and sides of fish. Combine oil, pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, salt and pepper, and turmeric. Pour over fish. Cook about 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
