2 c white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c butter melted
1 c cocoa
1 1/3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Choc chips

Step 1

Mix together sugar, eggs and vanilla

Melt butter and add to cocoa
Add to sugar mixture

Dry ingredients blended

Mix together

Greased 13 X9
Top with Chocolate chips
