Ingredients
- 1 lb cream cheese room temp
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 Tbl dijon
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- Generous black pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat 1 lb cream cheese at room temp. with 8 0z sharp cheddar cheese. Add dijon, worcestershire, and generous black pepper. Mix in 1/4 cup chop pecans. Cover mixture and chill 2 hours with plastic wrap cover. Divide mixture in half and shape each into a ball. Spread 3/4 cup chopped pecans on plate and roll balls to coat. Pressing nuts to adhere. Serve chilled
