Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine everything but the crabmeat. Mix well. Carefully fold in the crab meat. Gently form into 4-7 crab cakes.
In a large pan over medium-high heat add olive oil. After a minute, to heat the oil, add the crab cakes and sauté until golden brown on both sides.
Serve immediately with baked beans or rice.
