Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef shank
- 1 can (1 pint 2oz) V-8 juice
- 1/3 cup onion
- 4 tsps salt
- 2 tsps Worshire sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup potatoes

Step 1
Combine meat, juice, onion, seasonings, vegetables and 6 cups of water in soup kettle. Cover and simmer until veggies are tender
