Ingredients
- 1/4 cup. Butter
- 1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced & sauted
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. Ground Red Pepper
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 lb. peeled and deveined raw shrimp
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- Paprika for garnish

Step 1
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced and saute for 5 minutes.
Whisk in 1/4 cup flour, salt, dry mustard and Ground Red pepper.
Whisk in 2 cups milk and cook, whisking constantly, for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
Stir in 1 lb. shrimp and Parmesan cheese.
Transfer mixture to a 9 inch square baking dish . Sprinkle with paprike.
Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
