Brussel Sprouts and Grape Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (abt. 10 small) brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts or cashews -- toasted, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups red grapes -- cut in half
- 1 teaspoon zest and 2T. juice of lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Juice of 1/2 naval orange

Step 1
Shave the brussels sprouts using a mandoline or with a knife. Transfer to a bowl. Add nuts and grapes.
Whisk 2 tablespoons lemon juice with the oil, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to combine. Squeeze the orange juice over the salad and toss again.
