- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic -- minced
- salt and pepper
- 4 pounds salmon fillets
