Chocolate Hazelnut Coconut Bars - DAIRY

Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 1/4 cups Nutella
- 8 ouces cream cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Let cookie dough stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften. In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir in 3/4 cup of the Nutella until blended. Press dough evenly in bottom of pan.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and egg white with electric mixer until smooth. Add condensed milk, coconut and vanilla. Beat until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown and set. Cool completely about one hour.
In a 1 qt. saucepan, heat remaining 1/2 cup of Nutella and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Spread over cooled bars and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
