Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 3 Tablespoons orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons very cold unsalted butter -- cut into small
- Pieces
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Steam the peas for 2 to 3 minutes or until they just begin to become tender. Transfer them to a saucepan. Over low heat, toss the peas with the orange rind, orange juice, butter and salt and pepper to taste until the butter melts. Serve immediately.
