Ingredients

  • 8 tsp Low-Calorie Granulated Sugar*
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Egg Beaters®
  • ½ cup Low-Calorie Brown Sugar*
  • ½ cup applesauce
  • ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 pkg Sugar-Free Apple Cider Mix*
  • 6 oz Yoplait® Light (fat-free apple turnover flavor)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a Donut Pan with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle each part with ½ tsp *Low-Calorie Granulated Sugar.

In a mixing bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. In another bowl add Egg Beaters®, *Low-Calorie Brown Sugar, applesauce, syrup, *Sugar-Free Apple Cider Mix, and yogurt. Mix until smooth. Add the dry mixture and blend until smooth.
In each donut basin, add 2½ tbsp of batter and smooth out with the back of a wet spoon.

Bake for 12 minutes, until golden brown. Invert and remove from baking pan. They should be a little sticky.
