Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cans fat-free chicken broth (15.75 oz)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, or scallion

Step 1
1. Saute rice and garlic in oil 3-5 mins.
2. Add broth and water. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, ~45 mins. Garnish.
