Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs organic chicken thighs, about 20% of total volume
- 1 bag organic sweet potatoes and 1 bag of organic potatoes of any other variety, rough chop. About 50% of total volume, approx. 2 cereal bowls
- 1 bag Trader Joe's organic carrots, rough chop, use entire bag for approx. 15% of total volume
- 1 bag organic celery, rough chop for 15% of total volume about 1 scant cereal bowl
- organic pumpkin puree
- organic black beans

Step 1
Layer in Crockpot with carrots and celery on bottom, next potatoes and chicken on top. Cook on high for 6-8 hours in crockpot. Cool and serve adding 1/2 tsp pumpkin puree and 1 tsp of black beans per serving.
