Ingredients
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 15 Belgian endive leaves
- 1/3 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. RESERVE 2 Tbsp. onions for later use. Combine remaining onions with chicken, dressing, ginger and zest.
2. SPOON about 1 Tbsp. chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with cranberry sauce.
3. SPRINKLE with reserved onions.
Make Ahead
Chicken mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as directed.
Substitute
Prepare with MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing.
