  • 3 cups cooked rio zappe beans, chilled
  • 3 cups cooked Farro, chilled
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 cups cooked Broccoli
  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flax oil
  • 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh herbs
  • salt and pepper

Dressing: Place all ingredients in blender and puree. Toss with salad:
