Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup of egg substitute
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup of sugar or equivalent of artificial sweetener
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup of reduced fat graham cracker crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg substitute, egg whites and sweetener. Beat until smooth. Add spices and salt, beat until well mixed. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Pour into 9" pie pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool and tip with lite or fat free cool whip.
