Ingredients
- Swedish meatballs:
- 1 pound hamburger or ½ ground beef + ½ ground pork
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ pound ground pork
- ¼ half-and-half (for the milk)
- ½ teaspoon ground all-spice.

Step 1
Mix ingredients; shape into twenty 1½-inch balls.
Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes.
