Ingredients
- 2 2 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 medium acorn squash,12 oz roasted, peeled, seeded, cooled
- 1 1 1 tsp maple syrup
- pinch pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- to and pepper to taste
- Blend times are for room temperature ingredients. If using freshly cooked ingredients, blend times may be reduced.

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure list.
Select Variable 1.
Press Start and slowly increase speed to high.
Blend for 5 1/2 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
