Ingredients
- 5 carrots -- chopped
- 3 large onions -- chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes -- (1 pound each)
- 1 large head cabbage -- chopped
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can green beans
- 2 quarts tomato juice
- 2 bell peppers -- chopped
- 10 stalks celery -- chopped
- 1 can beef broth -- (12 ounces)
