Ingredients
- 1/2 c. marg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream marg and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Stir in flour and nutmeg. Dissolve soda in hot water, add to the mixture. Stir in vanilla.
Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full.
Bake at 350F for approx. 20 min. or until golden brown.
