Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 16 3/4 oz bread flour
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 11 1/8 fl oz water
  • Topping
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

Select pizza dough setting.

Empty out onto a lightly floured surface until it becomes elastic and springs back when touched.

Shape into a flat circle, place on a baking tray, make holes with the end of a wooden spoon 5cm apart over the surface of the dough.

Cover and let rest in a warm place for 20-25 mins until almost doubled in size.

Brush surface with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, oregano and basil.

Bake in a preheated 340C oven for 26-30 mins.
