Aunt Rita's Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

• 6 cups flour
• 5 teaspoons fresh baking powder
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup milk
• 3 large eggs
• 1 shot whiskey
• 1 cup crisco

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a separate bowl
Work in crisco with hands
Mix thoroughly & make a hole in the middle of mixture
In hole, add eggs, vanilla, milk & whiskey
Work with a spoon & then with hands until dough is soft
(Do not add extra flour)
Dust hands with flour
Shape accordingly - into balls & flatten top
Drop onto greased cookie sheet
350 for 15 minutes until lightly brown on the bottom
