  • 1 Chicken, 4 pound chicken, max, halved so each half is flat
  • Spray chicken with oil, use seasoning of your choice under the skin too
  • 2 bricks covered with tin foil. 1 brick for each half of chicken.

Step 1

Prepare grill to medium hi. Place skin side down for 5 minutes. Turn over and place brick (covered with tin foil) on top of chicken grill 10 minutes. Turn back over and place brick on top and grill another 10 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES.
