Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 TBLSP cocoa
  • 2 TBLSP light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon (rum)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, pecans, and cocoa. Add corn syrup and bourbon (rum) and mix well.

With damp hands, shape into 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar.

Pack loosely in tin separating layers with wax paper. Cover tightly and store at least 24 hours.
