package of chicken breasts/tenders
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 white wine (opt)
1 envelope zesty italian dressing
sauteed mushrooms (opt)

Preparation

Step 1

Chop chicken into pieces. Put approx 1/4 cup water in bottom of crockpot. Add zesty italian seasoning and stir. Add chicken and cover in crockpot. Add can of cream of chicken soup and cream cheese and optional ingredients. Cover to melt cream cheese. Stir until creamy and smooth. *Serve with egg noodles
