Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 t cumin
- 1 C shredded jack cheese
- salt & pepper
- Fettuccine cut into 2 inch lengths
- 1 C corn
- 1 lb ground beef

Preparation
Step 1
Combine broth, tomatoes, 1 t garlic, cumin in a pot. Simmer 5 min
Combine remaining garlic, beef, 1/2 C cheese, salt and pepper. Shape in to meatballs. Cook in oven 325 for 20 min. Add to soup. Add fettucine and corn.
