Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds -- optional
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 medium carrots -- shredded
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine vinegar, chives, sugar, oil, mustard, mustard seeds, celery seeds, celery salt and black pepper. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, red pepper and celery. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (preferably 1 hour).
