Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (cut into small pieces)
- 8 oz. pkg. sliced white or shittake mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- .7 oz. pkg. Italian dry dressing mix
- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 4 oz. cream cheese with chive and onion (Philly brand-comes in 8 oz. tub). I usually just use plain cream cheese and add about 1 Tbsp. chives.
- rice, angel hair pasta, or dinner rolls to serve

Step 1
1. Place chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in dressing mix. Stir in soup, wine, and cream cheese until combined. Pour over chicken and mushrooms.
2. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
3. If desired, add some green veggies (broccoli, beans, peas, whatever) during the final hour.
4. Serve over rice or pasta. You can also serve in a bread bowl.
