Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 1 lb. spinach fettucine
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Place all ingredients, except for the fettuccine and cheese, in the Inner Pot. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed. Set the PRESSURE ADJUST to 30. Set the COOK TIME to 3 minutes.
2. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the Pressure Valve to Rapid Release. When the steam is completely released, remove the Lid and Press CANCEL. Carefully remove the shrimp. Reserve.
3. Press BROWN. Cook the remaining sauce for 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the shrimp and the hot fettuccine into the pot. Press CANCEL.
4. Stir and serve. Optional: Serve with Parmesan cheese.
