Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 stuffed green olives, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pound boneless skinless turkey breast fillets

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Stir in jalapenos, tomatoes, oregano, salt, olives and bay leaves. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often. Add turkey fillets and cover with sauce; cook for 7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
