Ingredients

  • 1 1/4

    c flour

  • 1

    tsp baking soda

  • 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1/2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1

    cup butter (if using salted butter omit the 1/2 tsp of salt)

  • 3/4

    c sugar

  • 3/4

    firmly packed light brown sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 3

    cups uncooked quick oats or old-fashioned oats

  • 1

    12 oz pck butterscotch morsels

Directions

375' oven In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside. In large bowl cream butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla. Gradually add in flour mixture. Slowly stir in oats and butterscotch. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies. Bake 9-10 minutes for crisper cookies.
