Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breast--skinned, boned, diced
- toasted sesame seeds
- Marinade
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T sherry
- sesame oil (few drops)
- 2 T flour
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1 t oil
- Sauce
- 1/2 c water
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1/8 c vinegar
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1 t chili paste
- 1 clove garlic--minced

Preparation
Step 1
cut chicken in to 1" cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes
put all sauce ingredients in a heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil--reduce heat and keep warm--remember to stir occasionally
deep fry chicken ( I have found that it is much quicker to just put in a large frypan with the bottom coated with oil) remove to paper towels to drain some of the oil off of the meat.
pour sauce over chicken--garnish with seeds & serve over rice
