Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 1/2 cups grahm cracker crumb
• 1 1/2 sticks butter melted
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 2/3 cup (10 oz) chocolate and peanut butter morsels
• Filling:
• 2 pckg cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325.

Combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl. Remove 1 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining into bottom of pan. Sprinkle morsals over crust.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time until smooth. Pour over crust Sprinkle with remaining crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes, refrigerate until firm.
