Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 pound medium noodles -- cooked
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 stick margarine -- melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Grease an 8 x8 or a 9x 13 pan well. Melt margarine in the pan. Mix in brown sugar and spread around pan. Press in sliced almonds and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mix together noodles, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, melted margarine, and vanilla. Pour into pan and bake one hour at 350 unitl golden brown. Invert onto platter.
