Ingredients
- 16 to 20 chicken wings
- 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- SAUCE
- 1 20 ounce can pineapple -- drained crushed or in chunks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons sweet paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Place wings in a large bowl and add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and let marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to broil.
Lay chicken wings in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet and broil for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour off juices.
Lower oven to 350.
Meanwhile, place all ingredients for the sauce in a large sauce pan over medium low heat. Cook, sitrring often, for 5 to 7 minutes until thickened. Immediately pour over chicken. Bake for 15 minutes.
