Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 Lbs ground beef
- 1 crushed garlic
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 slices of bread, crumbs
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- dash tabasco
- 2 tsp worsestershire sauce
- bacon
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 4 tsp flour

Step 1
Combine and make 2 1/2 dozen balls, dust with flour. Fry 4 strips of bacon and remove. Brown balls in bacon greas and remove fat and balls.
Sauce: Add to pan all ingredients and blend well. Mix flour and 1/4 cup water. Stir into pan and cook until sauce is smooth. Add 1 cup sour cream a little at a time. Blend well. Return balls to sauce and bring up to serving temperature.
