Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz.)tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (14-16 oz,) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- i can pinto beabs drained and rinsed (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, saute onion abd brown beef. Draiin. In a blenderm, puree whole tomatoes and their liquid until smooth. Put all ingredients except cheese in the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Top with cheese and serve with tostito chipa, crackers or bread.
