  • 2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) peanut or canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Asian toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) snipped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon(s) toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, sugar, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.

While whisking, slowly add peanut or canola oil and toasted Asian sesame oil until emulsified.

Stir in snipped fresh chives and toasted sesame seeds.

Yields: 2/3 cup (enough for a salad for 4)
