Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 32 oz bag of frozen hash browns defrosted
- 1 lb sausage, bacon, or ham
- 1 med onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation
Step 1
cook meat, drain and crumble set aside
save a bit of the oil and add onions and peppers
cook until onions are soft.
spray 6 qt slow cooker with no stick spray and use a liner of slow cooker
put in half the potatoes, meat and vegetables in the slow cooker
sprinkle with half the cheese, repeat
mix together eggs, milk, sour cream and seasons
pour this mixture over the top of the ingredients in crock pot
cook on low for eight hours
