Grilled Sausage & Veggies

This is a zoned recipe that provides 2 - 3 block meals (each 3 protein, 2 carb, 3 fat).
This would probably be really good with some shrimp also? We will try it next time.....

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Kielbasa or smoked sausage of your choice (enough to provide 42 grams of protein)
- 3 cups yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 carb)
- 1 1/2 cup red onion, coarsely chopped (1 carb)
- 3 cups zucchini, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 carb)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- lemon juice to taste
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill. Combine olive oil & lemon juice in large bowl & add meat & veggies. Stir to coat. A grill topper with small holes works well for this recipe. Place on grill & allow to heat before placing food on it. Grill meat & veggies, turning often, for about 5 - 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
