CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH PEANUT BUTTER ICING

Ingredients

• Shortcut recipe for cake:
•  Betty Crocker Devil Food mix
•  3 eggs
•  1 cup strong coffee
•  1 cup milk
•  1/2 cup oil
•  1 tsp. vanilla extract
•  1 small packet of instant chocolate pudding mix
• Greased bundt pan. 350 degrees/45 minutes
• ICING:
•  2 cups confectioner 10X powdered sugar
•  1 tsp. vanilla
•  3/4 cup soft butter* or oleo
•  3/4 cup peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Long version recipe for cake:
 2 cups flour
 2 tsp. of baking powder
 1/2 tsp. salt
 2 cups sugar
 2 tsp. baking soda
 3/4 cup cocoa
 2 eggs
 1 cup strong coffee
 1 cup milk
 1/2 cup oil
 1 tsp. vanilla
 1 small packet of instant chocolate pudding mix

Greased bundt pan. 350 degrees/45 minutes
