Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 can tomatoes and green chilis
tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 cup can milk
1 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute meat and onion until gray. Mix in sauces and milk, add cheese until melted. Fry tortillas. Layer in baking casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
