Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp chopped grean onions
- 1/4 tsp marg
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts (2/3 of an 8 1/2oz can)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients and shap into 3/4" balls. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook meat balls for 5-6 minutes. Drain and cool. Freeze up to 1 week.
